Distant Signature Energy Healing Session:
My Signature Healing Sessions are the most comprehensive of all, allowing me the freedom to utilize various methods and tools intended to optimize the experiene you desire. In these sessions, we start with a body scan which will help to locate any areas of dysfunction, or stuck energy in the body, mind and energy fields (See Reiki Energy Healing below for more information). These areas are then cleansed, cleared and/or healed, and higher vibrational energy is transmitted to you. Your intentions are stated and used as the focal point to start, but the energy will move where it is most needed; I am often guided to engage the energy in unique and profound ways that extend far beyond any methodology. Ultimately, all healings are performed in support of your highest and best interests, and may offer exactly what you need at that time.

**NOTE: This session comes with an Intuitive Card Reading.**
Once the healing is complete, I will pull an oracle card from one of my oracle decks and offer an intuitive and/or channeled message for you. I will also send a picture of the card along with the messages. Please note that I do not read/use the enclosed oracle deck books in my readings.

Distant Reiki Energy Healing Sessions:
In these sessions, I act as a conduit of Universal Life-Force Energy (Rei - Universal Life, Ki - Vital Energy) or Source Energy, transmitting the Energy to your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies. When life-force energy or "Ki" is low, you may feel tired, drained, sick or just not yourself. Reiki may help to clear what does not serve your greatest interest, while imbuing all of your bodies (mental, emotional, physical and etheric) with Light helping to restore your vital energy.
I will scan your body, and my hands will be guided to energetic blocks, imbalances or stagnancy in any areas of your body and field, and in any of your seven major chakra centers (energy vortices that run up the center of the body). These may be cleared/cleansed, balanced and revitalized as guided, to optimize your body's capacity for self-healing. The Light possesses it's own innate intelligence and will go where it is most needed, helping to restore vitality and balance throughout all of your bodily systems over the course of days, and sometimes weeks.
3 sessions are recommended to start. Always trust your intuition to determine what is needed or desired.

In these profound healing sessions, we will utilize powerful, multi-dimensional frequencies to help accelerate healing in the body and mind. We will select and transmit specific frequencies to directly address the areas of concern that you share with me. These sessions also offer the opportunity to energize any goal, supporting your capacity to manifest what you desire more easily. You might choose this session if you enjoy a more profound healing experience.
4 to 6 sessions are recommended for chronic issues or long-standing illness.

Divine Blueprint Activation Sessions:
In these powerful sessions, I will facilitate the Activation of your Divine Blueprint, allowing for the ever-increasing embodiment of your Soul's essence in this life. Clients have reported a sense of balance, joy and clarity within a week of the very first session and often begin experiencing an increase in synchronicity and abundance within the first 3 sessions. A total of 240 minutes is required to complete the Activation in it's entirety, but each session offers profound opportunities to expand your consciousness, so you may book a single Activation, as well.
The complete Divine Blueprint Activation of 240 minutes is broken down into 8 30-minute sessions, one session weekly or every other week, as desired. Following the 240 minutes, the Divine Blueprint information may "unpack" or be revealed over the course of the person's lifetime.

Negative Energy Clearing:
In these sessions, I will help to clear or remove negative energies, attachments, cords, programs etc. that may be plaguing you, making it difficult for you to move forward on your Path. We all absorb energies from other people (and even from places) to varying degrees, as well as take on or attract lower-frequency energies when we are feeling afraid, angry, or in otherwise, vulnerable states (and for other known and unknown reasons that would be beyond the scope of this website to explore). Energy clearings may be done every month or every few months, and depends on your vibrational frequency, company you keep or people with whom you work, karma and karmic ties, ancestral lineage, among other things. Trust your intuition. Note: If you are a healer or practitioner working with multiple people each day, clearings are recommended every couple of months at minimum, coupled with the daily recitation of the clearing statements I may provide at the end of the session. Healers are advised to engage in some clearing practice on a daily basis.

Similarly, a Negative Energy Clearing for a Space - home, office, etc. may help to clear stagnant, old, low-vibrational energies, allowing for more positive energy to flow through the space. This session may be helpful when you feel discomfort, sense unusual cold spots in your space, have trouble sleeping or something just feels "off" about the space. These sessions have also been purchased when renting or buying a new home to ensure a smooth move. This session may also be helpful if you are selling a property and it has been sitting on the market for longer than expected, assuming there are no clear reasons for this stagnancy in the current real-estate market.

Distant Animal Reiki Healing Sessions:
These sessions are conducted similarly to those performed for humans, scanning your animal companion's body and transmitting Source Light to any areas of dysfunction, stagnancy, pain or illness. Lower energies are cleared away allowing for greater life-force energy to flow, while revitalizing and restoring balance to the mind, body and spirit of your loved one. Animals often come into a human's life with lessons to help their human(s) evolve, and may easily absorb their human companion's negative or toxic energy. If the animal's human is coping with chronic emotional, physical or energetic issues, the animal may take on too much of this energy without having enough time to discharge it. Therefore, animals MUST have access to nature - soil, grass or sand - to help discharge these energies, otherwise they run the risk of becoming ill as well. These sessions may help your animal discharge excess heavy energies. allowing them the opportunity to feel lighter, happier and improve their capacities to support you and other family members on your personal paths! Animals are, by nature, very high vibrational beings, so readily receive energy healing. (If there is a question you have about your animal such as Why is he doing X, or What does she need now? please feel free to share that with me as I may be able to offer insight into the situation).
